SHIPPING:

All orders are shipped within 3-5 business days of purchase, usually sooner. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground, depending on package size and weight, and typically arrive within 1–5 business days after shipping.

Berriez is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

To purchase shipping insurance and/or require a signature upon delivery, please contact grace@shopberriez.com and we will send you an invoice for these additional charges.

Once we ship your order, Berriez is no longer responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Any delivery issues must be handled directly with the shipping carrier. Thank you for your understanding. 

International orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail, UPS, or FedEx, depending on package size and weight, with estimated delivery in 10–14 business days, though some shipments may take up to 30 days. Please check with your local customs office if your order is delayed. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import fees.
 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

FINAL SALE ITEMS:

The following categories are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Vintage pieces
  • Reworked / One-of-a-kind vintage items
  • Accessories (jewelry, handbags, hair accessories, etc.)
  • Closet Sale purchases

    No exceptions.

CONTEMPORARY & DESIGNER ITEMS:

We will gladly accept returns or exchanges for store credit on unworn, undamaged items from contemporary or designer brands (e.g. GIA/irl, NLT), as long as:

  • Garment tags are still attached
  • You email us within 10 business days of receiving the order
  • We receive the item(s) within 14 days of your return request
  • You cover the shipping costs

Once we receive the item(s) in original condition, we'll issue a store credit (via gift card), or ship your exchange. You'll get an email notification when this is complete.
