SHIPPING

All orders are shipped within 3-5 business days of purchase. A notification email will be sent with tracking once the order has shipped. Once an item has been shipped, Berriez is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. 

**AS WE ARE ENTERING HOLIDAY SEASON, USPS IS EXPERIENCING HIGHER SHIPPING VOLUME THAN USUAL, SO PLEASE EXPECT SLIGHT SHIPPING DELAYS**

Domestic packages are sent via USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail and typically arrive within 1-3 days of shipment. International packages are sent via First Class Mail and typically arrive in 10-14 days. In some cases, delivery may take up to 30 days for international packages. Please contact your local postal office if you are concerned about the whereabouts of the package. We are not responsible for any incurred fees from customs.

RETURNS

Berriez is NOT able to accept returns of vintage, repurposed vintage, and one-of-a-kind pieces at this time. We want you to be happy with your purchase, so please email us if there are any issues with your order: hello@shopberriez.com.

NOTE: Most of our items are pre-loved unless otherwise noted. Natural wear comes with time, but noticeable flaws will be highlighted in the listing. Otherwise, all items are in excellent vintage condition.

**We will gladly accept returns or exchanges of unworn, undamaged merchandise with garment tags still attached from contemporary brands (i.e., Wray, Abacaxi, Tyler McGillivary) for store credit only. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Return requests must be sent within 10 business days after receiving the order. Please email us (hello@shopberriez.com) to request a return label.

Once we receive the garments, in their original condition, we will issue you a gift card, or the exchange item will be sent. You will receive an email notification once this transaction has occurred.**
