STORE POLICIES

All orders are shipped within 3-5 days of purchase (although there may be slight delays at this time due to COVID-19). A notification email will be sent with tracking once the order has shipped. Once an item has been shipped, Berriez is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. 

Domestic packages are sent via USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail and typically arrive within 1-3 days of shipment. International packages are sent First Class mail and typically arrive in 7-10 days. In some cases, delivery may take up to 30 days for international packages. Please contact your local postal office if you are concerned about the whereabouts of the package. We are not responsible for any incurred fees from customs.

Berriez is not able to accept returns at this time. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, so please email us if there are any issues with your order: hello@shopberriez.com.

NOTE: Most of our items are pre-loved unless otherwise noted. Natural wear comes with time, but noticeable flaws will be highlighted in the listing. Otherwise, all items are in excellent vintage condition.
